The scope of work consists of the full replacement of the existing fire alarm system at the Kahului Airport, Kahului, Hawaii. Direct all questions regarding this Solicitation, and any questions or Issues relating to the accessibility of this Solicitation (Including the appendices and exhibits to this Document, and any other document related to this Solicitation), to: YAMATO, RUTH. The estimated construction cost is between three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) and five million dollars ($5,000,000.00). To be eligible for award, bidders shall possess a valid State of Hawaii General Building "B" License or Specialty Contractor's "C-13" or "C-15" license at the time of bidding. All Request for Information (RFI) questions and Substitution Requests shall be submitted in online no later than May 15, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., HST. RFI questions received after the stated deadline shall not be addressed. Substitution Requests received after the stated deadline shall not be considered. Verbal RFI(s) shall not receive a response. All responses to RFI questions shall be provided for clarification and information only and issued by formal addendum. Any amendments to the solicitation shall be made by formal addendum and posted in online.
