The City of Hagerstown Light Department (HLD) is requesting bids from qualified vendors for the furnishing of all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform electric substation testing and service at such time and place as may be designated by authorized representatives of the City for scheduled work and emergency restoration. Bids are requested and evaluated on an estimated hourly time and equipment. All inquiries should be directed, in writing to Tyler French (Procurement Administrator) at tfrench@hagerstownmd.org. The City of Hagerstown shall make positive efforts to utilize Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for its supplies and services and shall allow these sources the maximum feasible opportunity to compete for contracts.
