Rehabilitation of Kapiolani Boulevard Double Box Culvert - Bridge No. 273. Hawaii Product Preference Notice: Pursuant to Act 174, SLH 2022 Hawaii Products Preference shall NOT apply to this project. Question Deadline May 17, 2024 Any questions related to the solicitation be sent via e-mail to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. The project is for the Rehabilitation of Kapiolani Boulevard Double Box Culvert (Bridge No. 273). The project includes, but is not limited to: performing defective concrete repairs to existing box culvert crossing below Kapiolani Boulevard; removing top slab of existing box culvert and replacing with precast planks; adding FRP under bottom slab at downstream sidewalk portion of existing box culvert; making improvements to the railing on the upstream headwall; utility relocations; traffic signal improvements; roadway median and sidewalk restoration; and tree removal. A total estimated contract value of $500,000.00 or more
