The State of Hawaii, University of Hawaii is seeking qualified professional firms to provide services in the following areas of disciplines for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2024. Projects will include repair and maintenance projects, capital improvements program projects, and various types of planning projects located at all University of Hawaii campuses statewide, University-owned properties, extension sites, facilities for research, public service, and other institutional programs. University of Hawaii Annual Advertisement for Construction Related Professional Services - Architects, Engineers, Planners, Surveyors, Biological Science (sampling and testing), Construction Management, Project Management and Real Estate Appraisal for Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025). There is no deadline for the filing of qualifications. The University conducts continuous recruitment for the aforementioned professional services. Firms interested in the disciplines of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Commissioning, Environmental Engineering, Structural Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or Surveying must have an individual with the applicable Hawaii State license on staff that will perform, conduct or supervise the work. The selection of firms for projects initiated by the University shall be made from the University's List of Qualified Professionals. The list will be established by responses to this request for qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
