Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Oakville, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Oakville invites tenders for construction services described as replacing the fluorescent and compact fluorescent light fixtures in the Iroquois Ridge Community Centre and Library facility located at 1051 Glenashton Drive, Oakville Ontario. The new fixtures and retrofit kits are to be LED based with 120 or 347 Volt drivers depending on the area of the building. The project also includes installing standalone dimming controls for the new fixtures in select areas. Some remaining incandescent emergency lights are also to be changed to LEDs as part of this project.
