A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Town of Oakville (the town) invites tenders for construction services described as: The River Oaks Community Centre Rink A planned replacement, including the refrigerated slab, dasher boards, and various plant equipment. The project will include accessibility improvements, replacement of the air handling unit for the rink change rooms, and the replacement of standing seam metal roof and built up roof systems. Only pre-qualified contractors (RFSQ-3-2024) shall have the opportunity to bid on this project. Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors. Interested sub trades, manufacturers and suppliers should contact the prequalified contractors.
