The City of St. Joseph, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for masonry repair at 6215 King Hill Avenue. Front (West) Facade: o Remove and dispose of brick to the right of the red line o Install new backer board o Install new brick with wall ties o Paint South Wall: o Remove mortar from deteriorated joints o Tuckpoint with appropriate mortar with pigment added o Paint Back (East) Wall: o Remove mortar from deteriorated joints o Tuckpoint with appropriate mortar with pigment added North Wall: o Remove mortar from deteriorated joints o Tuckpoint with appropriate mortar with pigment added The proposal request may also be obtained from the Purchasing Division, 1100 Frederick Avenue, Room 201, St. Joseph, Missouri or by calling (816) 271-5330. ** Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package with the following information clearly marked on the outside of the package: o Name of responder o Project Title: Masonry Repair, 6215 King Hill Ave. o RFP2025-19
