Renovation of a hospitality development in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.
Remove the south elevation street level windows and the door assembly. Custom fabricate and install black Tubelite storefront metal window frames with tempered 1" clear/Low-E glass. Install 6 window units west of the door and 2 windows on the east corner. Break metal as needed for a uniform appearance. Caulk the perimeters to match the color of the metal. Facade Improvement Project - 1415 Frederick Avenue The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. This project is funded 100% by CDBG funds and therefore subject to Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Law. The City of St. Joseph is and Equal Opportunity Employer.
