Site work for a civil project in Shorewood Hills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Supply and install approximately 3,460 linear feet of 30-inch, 36-inch, 42-inch, and 48-inch sanitary sewer interceptor, supply and installation of 16 precast concrete manholes with coatings, construction of three cast-in-place manhole structures, CIPP lining of approximately 367 linear feet of 36 inch interceptor pipe and 70 linear feet of 15-inch interceptor pipe, construction of approximately 1,000 linear feet of multi-use trail, roadway reconstruction, traffic control, sanitary sewage bypass pumping, and miscellaneous site and restoration items. Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Traffic Control, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Pipe Lining. Est. Value: $ 6,217,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Oct. 15, 2025. Project is located in two linear sections. 1) Shorewood Section - 1,825' in RR corridor and bike path north of RR tracks between Shorewood Blvd and Marshall Court in the Village of Shorewood Hills. 2) Highland Section - 2,000' in Highland Avenue and the on & off ramps to/from Campus Drive in the Village of Shorewood Hills and City of Madison.
