Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Shorewood Hills, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Village pool parking lot improvements, consisting of the reconstruction of 600 square yards of existing asphalt parking lot, with alternate bid items that include an option for an additional 700 square yards. The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Each bidder must deposit, with his bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in asphalt pavement construction. The Village of Shorewood Hills reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Shorewood Hills within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline 04/10/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
