Renovation of a municipal facility in Washington, District of Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
In general, the selected A/E will be required to provide architectural and engineering services necessary to complete the Project. The selected A/E will be required to provide all the design services necessary to implement the Project and to produce the required deliverables. As part of the design work, the A/E shall survey the building and the Condition Assessments Report (Attachment A1), and the findings of the Building Maintenance Divisions to understand the problems encountered and recorded for the Building Support Systems so that they can provide a set of quality construction documents to renovate and upgrade the HVAC, Electrical, Fire Suppression System including main and distribution water valves, and some mechanical items of the building.
