2024 Street Resurfacing Improvements City of Belle Meade will accept sealed bids for the 2024 street resurfacing improvements for the various locations within the city limits. All work is intended to be commenced immediately following award of the contract on May 15, 2024 and closed out by June 30, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The Base Bid may be held for a period not-to-exceed sixty (60) days before awarding Contracts. The Contractor hereby agrees to commence work under this Contract on or before a date to be specified in a written "Notice to Proceed" from the Owner and to complete the Project fully by June 30, 2024 Work to be performed shall include all labor, materials, equipment, special tools, supervision and services required to complete the work in full and in complete accordance with the Contract Documents, as prepared by Barge Civil Associates, LLC. It is the City of Belle Meade's intent to fully execute this project from commencement to closeout by June 30, 2024 WESTHAMPTON PLACE BELLEVUE DRIVE S,, DREW PLACE, MANOR DRIVE HARDING PLACE (WEST), HARDING PLACE (EAST) All questions about the meaning or intent of the bidding instruments shall be submitted to the A/E in writing. Replies will be issued by addenda that are mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by the A/E as having received the bidding instruments. Questions received after May 3, 2024 will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
