Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a Design-Builder to provide design and construction services for both the removal of the existing at-grade intersection of SR 316/US 29 at CR 74/Kilcrease Road to a grade-separated interchange, and to design and construct a grade separation with CR 416/Carl-Bethlehem Road over SR 316/US 29, both in Barrow County, Georgia (the Project). This project will be awarded to a Design-Builder utilizing a One-Phased Low Bid selection method. A Design-Builder includes a Lead Contractor and a Lead Design Consultant working together to design and construct the project. 0013902, 0013903 Georgia DOT is seeking to contract with a Design-Builder to provide design and construction services necessary to remove two existing at-grade intersections on SR 316 / US 29 at CR 74 / Kilcrease Road and CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road. Services are necessary to construct a grade-separated interchange at CR 74 / Kilcrease Road. The current access location to Duncan Lane will also be shifted approximately 750 feet to the south to intersect CR 74 / Kilcrease Road on the west side of the existing Barrow Industrial Parkway in a proposed roundabout intersection. This will require Duncan Lane to be realigned for approximately 1500 feet. Services are also necessary to construct a grade separation over SR 316 / US 29 at CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road. Chancey Circle and Parkway Pointe Boulevard will be realigned to form a new roundabout intersection with CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road. A new T-intersection will be constructed along CR 416 / Carl-Bethlehem Road at Omer Church Road. Both projects are located in Barrow County, GA
