Barrow County, Georgia (Owner) is in the process of securing bids for RFB2025-08 Kennels - Barrow County Animal Control Facility. The purposes of this request are: 1) to provide interested suppliers with sufficient information to enable them to submit a uniform bid for the County's review; and 2) to set forth a systematic method that will be fair and impartial to all parties concerned and to generate a response that can be equally evaluated by the County. This RFB requires your immediate and careful attention. This bid shall be evaluated and governed according to the Barrow County Purchasing Policy. Room 116 17 Kennels Required: 3'w x 6'h x 8'l kennels on concrete floor o 34 swing gates (3'w x 6'h) designed to be secured by padlocks; half glass and polycarbonate o 17 stainless steel full width guillotine doors with counter weights (3'w x 6'h) o 34 stainless wire roof panels (3'w x 4'l) o 36 stainless side panels (6'h x 4'l) with solid, polycarbonate isolation panels Clinic 9 kennels required: o 18 swing gates (4 1/2'w x 6'h) designed to be secured by padlocks; half glass and polycarbonate o 18 stainless wire roof panels (4'w x 4'l) o 20 stainless side panels (6'h x 4'l) with solid, polycarbonate isolation panels Barrow County reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted, or where it may serve the best interest of the County, to request additional information or clarification from those submitting bids. The County, in its sole discretion, also reserves the right to waive any formalities or technicalities relative to any or all bids. Where two or more suppliers are deemed equal, the County reserves the right to make the award to one of the suppliers. At the County's discretion, presentations may be requested as part of the evaluation process. Barrow County reserves the right to retain all bids submitted. There is no expressed or implied obligation for Barrow County to reimburse any supplier for any expense incurred in preparing or presenting a bid in response to this RFB.
