As of June 27, 2025, a prospective engineer firm has been selected but not awarded. The owne is finalizing the agreement. The awarded firm will create a master plan. The name of the prospective engineer firm has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Springfield Township of Hamilton County is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("SOQs") from engineering firms to provide stormwater engineering services to create a master plan to address and remediate flash flooding which occurs during heavy rain events in the Cilley Creek and Congress Run watershed. A preliminary design and construction phasing analysis for solutions to this multi-faceted issue will be provided. All firms submitting SOQs must register by providing the firm's name and contact information to Kathleen Kennedy at KKennedy@SpringfieldTWP.org by 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, May 13, 2024. Any questions regarding the submittal requirements or services to be rendered must be submitted in writing by email to Kathleen Kennedy at KKennedy@SpringfieldTWP.org by 4:00 p.m. (EST) on Monday, May 20, 2024. No questions will be answered after that date and time unless Springfield Township determines that answering the question is necessary to correct an error or inconsistency in the RFQ. All questions and answers will be provided by email to all registered firms simultaneously. However, Springfield Township reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select more or less than 3 firms to continue in the process, to waive any formalities or irregularities in the submission of SOQs, or to reject all SOQs and readvertise for stormwater and green infrastructure engineering services.
