Documents may beo btained at https://www.ontarionorthland.ca/ The Respondent shall provide with its Proposal an agreement to bond issued by a surety company undertaking to provide a fifty percent (50%) Performance Bond and a fifty percent (50%) Labour and Material Bond (the "Contract Securities") in the form prescribed by the Construction Act, both to be provided to ONTC by the Successful Respondent following award of the contract.
