This project is part of the State of California Natural Resource Agency Grant and subject to the Community Workforce Training Agreement (CWTA). The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to complete in place all work necessary to complete the work as shown in the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions.
