Responses submitted must meet or exceed all requirements. Bids that do not meet or exceed all requirements will be considered non-responsive. The Vollentine ES Shade Canopy & Fall Surface scope of work includes, but not limited to, removing existing fall surface materials, disposing of all top and middle layers.
