The project involves roadways improvements to N. Willamette Street, E. Macy Street, and N. Harrison Street in Coburg, Lane County, Oregon. The improvements include removal of existing asphalt, asphalt surfacing and subgrade reconstruction/replacement, new concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps and driveways, and stormwater system improvements. The work involves saw cutting, excavation, trenching, removal, compaction, construction of: roadbed and asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks, concrete curb, concrete driveway and flatwork, stormwater pipe, and site restoration. The Engineer's Estimate for this Project is approximately $825,000-$850,000. If this project is over $100,000, a subcontractor listing is required and can be submitted with the bid.
