Renovation of a transportation facility in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
To support the growing needs of BCRTC, renovations to OMC1 are necessary and additional office space is required. As such, TransLink has leased space at Central Park Place (CPP), located at 4555 Kingsway Ave, Burnaby, BC V3C 1S9. Central Park Place was constructed in 2000 as a commercial tower. Currently, TransLink has currently leased 9F,11F,12F, and 13F of CPP. 9F and 11F are currently unoccupied, while 12F and 13F house BCRTC staff. TIMELINE: Request for proposal for detailed design services is closed. Preferred proponent is unreleased. Further update in early summer 2026, upon approvals.
