EllisDon Corporation has been retained by the Ontario Finish Resthome Association to provide Construction Management Services for a long-term care project in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. The purpose of this invited prequalification is to qualify companies, products or services as suitable to the client for this particular project. This prequalification should not be confused with requests for proposals or bid calls for which the prequalification is carried out. The project includes the construction of a brand new four story 8,441m2 facility. Concrete foundations and structural steel, brick and curtainwall enclosure with metal siding. This project also includes the complete electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Complete landscape and finishes. Design Assist Partner Selection June 1, 2024 Construction Start August 31, 2024 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
