A bid security (Bid Bond) of 5% for proposals greater than $100,000 is required to be included with the proposal. RFIs regarding this project must be sent in writing to leo.castillo@nabholz.com by 5:00 PM on March 18, 2025. Project Description: Modifications to the existing roof drainage system in place to allow for proper drainage down into the storm system. Nabholz Construction Services and Fort Smith Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any bid. Nabholz Construction Services encourages all subcontractors from the Greater River Valley and neighboring areas to submit bids for this project.
