The Brazos River Authority ("BRA") is currently requesting proposals for water resources engineering services to include hydrologic and reservoir simulation modeling and technical support for the Lake Whitney Reallocation Feasibility Project from individuals or Firms (together "Firms"). The BRA intends to procure the professional services of a qualified Firm to evaluate the impact of proposed water supply reallocations and other operational changes on authorized and operating purposes of BRA's Army Corp of Engineer ("Corps") reservoir projects. All inquiries, including clarifying questions, related to this RFP shall only be directed to the Purchasing Agent via e-mail to submissions@brazos.org . If you have any questions regarding the HUB Subcontracting Plan please contact Bryan Gray, HUB Coordinator at Bryan.Gray@Brazos.org. The BRA reserves the right to award contract(s) without any negotiations and reserves the right to not make awards. The BRA reserves the right to conduct studies and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any submittal. Submission of a proposal confers no legal right upon any Respondent. The BRA shall have the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals, or any part thereof, and to waive any technicalities in the interest of the BRA. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
