Demolition and site work for a museum in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the demolition of a museum; and for site work for a museum.
The Osage Nation will receive bids for demolition services for an existing building in Pawhuska, OK. Osage Preference will be applied in awarding the contract. The Osage Nation reserves the right to reject any and all responses. Question Deadline 05/24/2024 Please refer all questions in writing via email to Ashley Lockett with the Osage Nation Purchasing Office via email at ashley.lockett@osagenation-nsn.gov. Any addenda will be sent to each bidder and shall become part of the contract. The final addenda will be sent out seven (7) calendar days prior to submission deadline with the last day to receive questions ten (10) calendar days prior. All bids shall be bound by such addenda whether or not received by the bidders Submit all materials/procedures to Owner for review and approval. - The Contractor shall satisfy all requirements of the General Conditions. - This project is Owners Direct Purchase Invoicing and Davis Bacon. Construction Requirements - The Contractor shall be responsible for termination electric at meter/pole, gas line at service meter location, cap plumbing and sewer at elevation. - The Contractor shall flag/mark all terminated utilities at elevation service lines. - The Contractor shall be responsible for demolition and disposal of existing 2 story structure. - The Contractor shall remove and dispose all debris. - The Contractor shall be responsible for making sure there are no low areas where water can stand. - The Contractor shall maintain clean and safe working condition on a daily basis. - The Contractor shall not burn on site.
