The UTAH TRANSIT AUTHORITY (UTA) is soliciting Proposals from qualified Respondents to perform Progressive Design-Build (PDB) services for the S-Line Streetcar extension and double tracking design and construction. This Project includes the extension of the S-Line Streetcar system to Highland Drive from its current eastern terminus at Fairmont Station, near McClelland St. (approx. 900' added), and addition of a second track between 500 East and 700 East (approx.1,400' added track). This Project is located in Salt Lake City's Sugarhouse neighborhood. The successful Respondent will be required to comply with all applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and certifications, and equal employment opportunity laws and regulations.
