**As of June 12, 2024 project was awarded to North Ga. Concrete, Inc, awarded amount is $1,657,763.97** This project will be funded with 2024 ARPA funds. Construction includes removal and complete replacement of the Old Federal Road Mill Creek bridge in Murray County. The work will the construction and installation of a Steadfast 80 ft x 20ft, weathering steel, vehicular truss bridge. All work shall conform to the Georgia Department of Transportation's (GDOT) Standard Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems, 2021 Edition; GDOT's Supplemental Specifications Construction of Transportation Systems, 2024; and all applicable GDOT Standards and Details; and other contract requirements, specifications and general conditions. Project work will be required to begin within 60 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed and be substantially complete within 300 calendar days. Questions must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 21st, 2024). Proposals may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date of opening.
