A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Athletic Trainer Room Renovation at Indian Hills High School Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond from a surety company licensed to do business in New Jersey, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid submitted, but not in excess of $20,000.00, made payable to the Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District Board of Education. The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-22, those deemed to be non-responsive, and those bids submitted by bidders deemed not to be responsible under the Public School Contracts Law. The Ramapo Indian Hills Regional High School District Board of Education may also waive minor informalities in the bidding process in accordance with the law if it is in the best interest of the Board of Education. Any questions which a bidder may have shall be brought to the attention of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary. No oral interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the drawings and specifications. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing and addressed and forwarded to the Architect's office. No inquiry received later than 4:30 p.m. ten (10) business days prior to the date fixed for opening of bids will be given consideration. Every interpretation made to a Bidder will be in the form of an Addendum or a Clarification, which, when issued, will be sent as promptly as is practicable, as provided in G, below, to all persons to whom the drawings and specifications have been issued. All issued Addenda and Clarifications shall become part of the Contract Documents.
