The purpose of this RFP is to invite Respondents to submit their proposal for delivering janitorial services to WorkSafeBC's Prince George Worksite located at 1066 Vancouver Street, Prince George, BC V2L 5M4. This RFP is not an agreement to purchase goods or services or an authorization to deliver any goods or services. Bid date note: WorkSafeBC requires that Proposals must be submitted by one of the following methods: a) Electronically through BC Bid: o An electronic copy of the Tender will only be accepted in MS Word Office 2007 or later, or Adobe PDF format. o 20 MB maximum file size, where no one file can exceed 20 MB due to constraints by BC Bid. Failure by any Respondent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by WorkSafeBC and may result in a non-compliant Tender by the Respondent. o Digital signatures are acceptable for the Tender Form which requires a signature. o ZIP or like files will not be accepted. o WorkSafeBC will NOT accept any responsibility for failure to receive or the inability to read any submission for any reason including technical issues, data corruption, failure as a result of BC Bid security system, or failure for any other reason. b) Email: o To submit by email to procurement@worksafebc.com, the Respondent must meet the following requirements: o Submission attachments must be in Microsoft Office 2007 or later format or Adobe PDF format. o The subject line of the email must contain the RFP number as shown on page 1 and the Respondent name. o Each file must be less than 10MB. Failure by any Respondent to comply with this restriction may result in information not being received by WorkSafeBC and may result in a non-compliant Tender by the Respondent. o ZIP or like files will not be accepted. o WorkSafeBC will NOT accept any responsibility for failure to receive or the inability to read any submission for any reason including technical issues, data corruption, failure as a result of the e-mail system, or failure for any other reason. Submissions by any other method will not be accepted.
