The Ministry of Forests invites qualified and experienced proponents to submit a proposal for prescription development for operational wildfire fuel reduction treatments. The prescription development will serve to help achieve the targets and objectives of the Crown Land Wildfire Risk Reduction program. The Management Units are located within Prince George Fire Zone These areas are an approximate total of 360 hectares. More detail of prescription areas in Appendix I, Fuel Management Unit Maps. Prescriptions must be developed under snow-free conditions in 2024 and submitted to the Ministry representative. There is an opportunity for this contract to be renewed.
