the Workforce Development Partial Renovations Project at 101 Third Avenue. The owner is seeking proposals for renovations of an existing building lobby and toilet rooms. The architect's estimate is $210,000.00. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company licensed in Ohio to provide said surety. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates. This project is tax exempt. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. The owner intends and requires that this project be scheduled to start as soon as possible and be completed by August 30, 2024. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to increase, to decrease or omit any item or items and/or to award to the lowest and most responsible, responsive bidder. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid received.
