Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in New Lexington, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Each bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond,in an amount of 100% of the bid amount with a surety satisfactory to the aforesaid Perry County Commissioners, or by certified check, cashier's check, orirrevocable letter of credit from a solvent bank in theamount of not less than 10% of the bid amount in favorof the aforesaid Perry County Commissioners. BidBonds shall be accompanied by Proof of Authority ofthe official or agent signing the bond. Bids shall be sealed and marked as Village of Shawnee - Community Center (Roof) Improvements andmailed or delivered to: Perry County Commissioners 212 South Main St. New Lexington, OH 43764 Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirementscontained in this bid packet, particularly to the FederalDavis-Bacon Wages, various insurance requirements,various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for100% of the contract price. No bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90)days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. The Perry County Commissioners reserve the right towaive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
