The project length is approximately 1.25 miles beginning at Monument Street and ending at Panther Drive. The project will consist of new sidewalk, curb, curb ramps, full-depth pavement replacement, pavement resurfacing, drainage improvements, roadway lighting, and pavement markings. It is estimated there will be 12 permanent parcels and 16 temporary parcels requiring acquisition. Right of Way Acquisition Services for Appraisal Review will be under a separate consultant agreement.
