Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Louis, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Scope of Work for this project will consist of furnishing all labor and materials for the replacement/repair of all water damaged flooring, walls, ceilings, electrical, light fixtures, plumbing, HVAC, door and door hardware, windows, and attachment components as noted on the plans and specifications. Quotations Due: May 9, 2024 at 2:30 PM (local time) The SLHA reserves the right to extend the time limit without advance notice, to reject any or all quotes, to waive informalities or irregularities in any quote, to solicit for new quotes, or to The SLHA intends to award to the lowest, most responsive and most responsible bidder a fixed price purchase order for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and supervision required to complete the work in this request for quotations SLHA is a tax-exempt organization. Retail sales tax should not be included in your quote schedule of values, alternates, and fixed unit pricing. All portions of the attached Quotation Form (labelled Section C Quotation Form at the top of the page) shall be completed by the offeror and submitted with the quotation to be considered responsive. The St. Louis Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive informalities or irregularities in any proposal, to seek new quotations, or to proceed to do the work by other means, as may be determined to be in the best interest of the St. Louis Housing Authority.
