Tarlton has been engaged as the Construction Manager by BOBB for the Core & Shell Renovations and Addition at the Goodwill Building located at 4140 Forest Park Ave in St.Louis, MO. Bid Release 8 is a rebid of the glass & glazing bid package only. Please review al provided documents to ensure all requirements are met for this proposal. It is our goal to maximize the inclusion of Minority and Woman Owned Businesses for this project. This may be achieved with firms as prime or 2nd tier suppliers/subcontractors. This project falls within Mayor's Executive Orders thus inclusion requirements are: Contract Inclusion of 25% MBE and 5% WBE along with Workforce Inclusion of 15% Apprentice, 25% Minority, 5% Women and 20 % City Resident.
