The Types of Construction Plans to Be Reviewed May Include: Designs Prepared by Consultants or Fdot Staff for Interstate Highways, Highways on the State Road System and Streets Off the State Road System, Design-build, Roadway and/or Landscape Joint Project Agreement Projects (Jpa), Utility Work by Highway Contractor Jpa's, Local Agency Program (Lap) Projects, State Grants or Other Liaison Projects, Permits by Developers, or Local Agencies on the State Road System. Submitting Units or Offices May Include: Project Development, Consultant Project Management, Fdot in-house Roadway Design, District Construction, District Maintenance, Local Maintenance, District Utilities, Structures Design, and Structures Maintenance Office.
