The funding source for this project is WATER UTILITY REVENUE. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Scotswood and Bluffton Area Water Main Replacement as follows: Installation of 1,500' of 2" and 4,150' 6" HDPE pipe by horizontal directional drilling including hydrants, valves, services, and all other appurtenances. all in accordance with the Bidding Documents as prepared by City Utilities Engineering Department, City of Fort Wayne, Indiana. No Bid will be accepted from, or contract awarded to any person, firm, or corporation that is in arrears to the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana, upon any debt or contract, or, who has failed to execute, in whole or in part in a satisfactory manner, any contract with the City; or, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, upon any obligation to the City, or is engaged in litigation with the City. No Bid may be withdrawn for at least 60 days after the scheduled time for receipt of Bids so as to allow review of Bids before announcing award of Contract.
