The project includes construction of a new prefabricated building fuel testing lab adjacent to the existing buildings and infrastructure and within close proximity of the existing fuel storage facility at Navy Alternate Landing Field, Orange Grove, Texas. The project shall include design and work provisions for all civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical infrastructure requirements to incorporate the new facility to the site. 1.Design and construction services of the new prefabricated DLA Fuel Testing Lab; and 2 Design, documentation, procurement, and installation services for the Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), as detail in ESR E20, for the DLA Fuel Testing Lab. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
