The Work Includes Approximate Quantities of Major Items as Follows: Common Excavation - 2,790 Cy Aggregate Base Class 5 (P) - 1,890 Cy Bituminous Mixture - 2,030 Tn Rcp Storm Sewer - 2,280 Lf Pvc Watermain - 2,220 Lf Pvc Sanitary Sewer - 2,240 Lf Concrete Curb and Gutter Design B618 - 6,050 Lf Concrete Sidewalk/driveways - 25,590 Sf Sodding Type Lawn - 5,400 Sy All Work is to Be Done in Accordance With the Mndot Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications - 2023 Edition, and The Special Provisions. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Corporate Surety Bond Made in Favor of the City of Faribault for at Least 5% of the Total Bid Amount. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of 30 Days.
