Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Faribault, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Straight River Watermain Crossing. All work is to be done in accordance with the MnDOT Standard Specifications for Construction - 2020 Edition, the City Engineers Association of Minnesota Standard Specifications -2023 Edition, and the Special Provisions. The work includes approximate quantities of major items as follows: 1. Common Excavation - 350 CY 2. Common Embankment - 400 CY 3. Bituminous Pavement - 300 TON 4. Direction Drilled Watermain - 800 LF 5. Concrete Walk - 1,000 SF 6. Bituminous Walk - 1,200 SF 7. Curb and Gutter - 500 LF 8. Turf Establishment - 2,000 SY Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Corporate Surety Bond Made in Favor of the City of Faribault for at Least 5% of the Total Bid Amount. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of 30 days.
