Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Corporate Surety Bond Made in Favor of the City of Faribault for at Least 5% of the Total Bid Amount. The City Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities or Irregularities. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for a Period of 30 Days.
