Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project consists of the contractor furnishing all materials, equipment, and labor including cutting and removal of asphalt, curb & gutter, removal of existing gravel to sub-base and all other items required for the construction and addition to the existing transportation parking including installation of a storm sewer system, storm drainage manholes/piping gravel placement, grading, and compaction, valley gutter/curb, fencing, retaining walls, paving, and other related work meeting the plans and specifications as outlined in the contract documents. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid is required with each bid. All work and materials are to be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications and are to be guaranteed for a period of one year following final written acceptance by the Engineer. Successful bidder shall supply the required Sureties including Payment and Performance Bonds executed by a Corporate Surety licensed in the State of Idaho, each in the amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price. Shelley School District #60 reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, waive any informality in the proposals received and to accept the proposals from the Contractor they deem most beneficial to the District.
