Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Loysville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a 12,478-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

All bid proposals shall be properly executed without alterations and shall be complete. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price, labor and material payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price and maintenance bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price. Important Requirement - the following must be met: 1. Prevailing Wage Act - all workmen employed on the project must be paid the prevailing minimum wage under the Prevailing Wage Act.
