The City seeks to retain the services of a qualified and experienced company/Contractor capable of performing the work of all-inclusive janitorial maintenance services at the Laguna Hills Community Center including furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, cleaning products, chemicals, transportation, and incidentals for the following, but not limited to, janitorial services, including, but not limited to: inspection and cleaning of tables, chairs, floors, walls, doors, mirrors, ledges, partitions and ceilings, disinfection of restrooms, basins, urinals, toilet bowls and fixtures, picking up trash and debris, emptying trash, organic waste, and recycling materials receptacles, cleaning trash enclosure area, purchasing and restocking all paper products and all cleaning products, emptying, cleaning and refilling all dispensers, mopping, scrubbing and disinfecting floors, stripping and re-waxing floors, polishing all chrome and metal fixtures, cleaning and polishing all doors, dusting all ledges and partitions, spot cleaning all floors, partitions, walls, ceilings, and exhaust fans, cleaning and disinfecting drinking fountains, flushing drains, removing stickers and graffiti, cleaning vents and light fixtures, washing down walls, on an ongoing basis (the "Project") in accordance with a Base Bid and/or any combination of Alternate/Additive Bids.
