work: 324 SY of 4" Depth Base Repair 437 SY of 1.5" Depth Full Width Mill/Overlay 100 Tons of 9.5mm Super pave Wearing Course All materials and workmanship, Work Class "F" Bituminous Paving Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Texas Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. The Texas Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township. All work must be completed by September 30, 2024; liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $875 per day for each day beyond this date that the work remains incomplete. Bid-Results:- 1.
