The project briefly described as: Pavement overlay of a +-2,800 LF section of Erie Street (T-478) complete with ten (10) Storm Inlet adjustment and nine (9) Sanitary Sewer Manhole adjustments and +-330 LF of rolled Bituminous curb. Question Deadline 08/25/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions shall be submitted in writing as an RFI to Kiley Associates, LLC; questions can be emailed to Lou Cozza, Project Manager (lcozza@kileyassoc.com). Texas Township, Wayne County, PA will receive sealed bids, in the manner and the place further identified in the Instruction to Bidders for the Erie Street Paving Project as indicated in the RFP. A Prevailing Wage determination has been requested from the PA Department of Labor and Industry and Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this project. The determination is included in the complete RFP. Bids may be held by Texas Township for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of Bid Opening for the purpose of reviewing the Bids and investigating the qualifications of the Bidder, prior to the award of the Contract. Texas Township will award the bid to the lowest responsible bidder, reserving the right to waive any informality and accept or reject any and all Bids. A bid bond for 10% of the base bid amount shall be provided with the bid. Performance and Payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be provided by the successful bidder within 20 days of the award.
