The Town of Morinville (the "Town") invites proposals in response to this Request for Proposal ("RFP") from qualified firms to perform building condition and functionality assessments of all Town owned and leased buildings and develop a Building Condition Assessment Master Plan for the maintenance and rehabilitation of the assessed buildings. This master plan will assist Town staff to understand the physical condition and life expectancy of the buildings, enabling them to explore various funding options to maintain the structural integrity of these assets. The updated master plan will also equip the Town's building maintenance team and engineers with enhanced data to effectively manage the existing building infrastructure. It will facilitate better anticipation of significant repair or renovation needs, minimize building downtime, enhance operational efficiency, enhance building safety, and increase overall reliability. The Towns current building condition assessment master plan report was last updated in 2011.
