The County of Rockbridge, Virginia (the County), is requesting sealed proposals from qualified engineering, architectural, and surveying firms to provide professional services via an on-call basis, open-ended contract. Projects may be any that are within the scope of various professional disciplines, but are anticipated to be primarily site design, water, sewer, building systems planning, studies, design, contract administration assistance, topographic surveys, boundary surveys, easement surveys, preparation of plats small construction projects, small building construction and renovations, and development of recreational facilities. Inquiries must be submitted in writing to the Procurement Coordinator no later than May 21, 2024 by 3:00 pm at amilliner@rockbridgecountyva.gov Initial Term and shall be in effect for a period of five (5) years with an optional renewal term of four (4), one (1) year terms (the Successive Terms), under the same terms and conditions as the Initial Term, upon mutual agreement of the parties. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Rockbridge County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County, and to waive informalities in the proposal process.
