Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Marshall, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
For the operation of its Airport Park Sports Complex located at 1110 Warren Dr. in Marshall, Texas. The complex consists of eleven baseball fields of various sizes, two bathroom/concession stand complexes, two batting cage areas, and an associated parking lot. Questions must be posed by email to the Director of Parks and Recreation at Garcia.marina@marshalltexas.net Marshall reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals, to waive technicalities, and to take whatever action is in the best interest of the City of Marshall and its citizens.
