Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Maple Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 24,903-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; service station / car wash facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility.
As of March 18, 2025, construction is nearing completion. All trades have been awarded. Completion is expected April 2025. This new facility will include an office area with mechanical area mezzanine above wash bay and maintenance vehicle storage area. The building is a one-story building. This building will be fully sprinklered. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Wright County, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Concrete, Precast Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel Erection, Carpentry, Casework, Roofing, Overhead Doors, Aluminum Frame & Glazing, Gypsum Board, Tile, Acoustical Treatments, Flooring, Painting, Fire Protection, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Testing/Adjusting & Balancing, and Electrical/Communication. Material Only Categories: Steel Supply, Standard Doors/Frames/Hardware & Specialties. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
