Demolition, site work and addition to a municipal facility in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a 15,000-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Base Bid, Single-Prime (All Trades) Contract: The undersigned Bidder, having carefully examined the Procurement and Contracting Requirements, Conditions of the Contract, Drawings, Specifications, and all subsequent Addenda, as prepared by Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. and Architect's consultants, having visited the site, and being familiar with all conditions and requirements of the Work, hereby agrees to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of the above-named project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents, for the stipulated sum. 330 calendar days for project completion Alternate No. 1: New Storage Garage: Work of this contract consists of construction of an approximately 15,000 SF two story administration addition to the Bellevue Village Hall. This project also includes an alternate bid. 2,300 SF standalone storage garage, site restoration, site lighting, pavement and landscaping. A single lump sum bid will be required for all of the work. Bidders will be required to provide a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of bid amount. Bidders will be required to provide performance and payment bonds of 100 percent of bid amount. The Village of Bellevue reserves right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in bids or bidding.
